A Sunday Brunch Buffet is open to the public but is available to inn guests for half price
Many of our guest rooms have private baths. Six of our guest rooms share a hall bath but have a sink in the room All rooms have flat screen T.V.’s with cable, air conditioners, and free wifi.
All regular stay cancellations MUST be made a minimum of 48 hours before check in. If not cancelled within acceptable time frame a fee of first night’s stay per room will be charged to the credit card on file. Reservations of 5 days or more will be charged for 2 nights stay per room.
All extended stay guests of one month or more MUST cancel a minimum of 30 days before check in. If not cancelled within acceptable time frame a fee of first weeks (7 days) stay will be charged to the credit card on file. Obstacles out of your control will of course be considered.
Room Blocks such as for weddings are only available reserved with a single credit card for the room types needed. Once the dates are chosen a cancellation of any of the rooms will only be accepted a minimum of 30 days prior. If not cancelled within acceptable time frame the room(s) will be charged regardless if used or not. There are no refunds for rooms not used. Wedding guests may otherwise reserve rooms on their own with our regular reservation policies but should do so early as rooms especially on weekends fill up fast.

Damages: We retain the right to fine guests for damages to Curtis House property incurred in their rooms during their stays. If damages are incurred we will notify you by phone call or email with the amount your credit card will be charged. Pictures of any incurred damages will be made available upon request. Although this rarely occurs and typically damages are unintentional and go completely unnoticed by our guests we still have to cover the costs of such damages
All interior spaces of the inn are SMOKE FREE. Guests may smoke anywhere outside on the property as long as it is away from public entrances to the building. In the event a guest has been found to be smoking in their room or other inside space, which is prohibited by law, there will be a minimum $400 fee charged to the credit card on file as a recovery fee to restore to a smoke free condition. Charges may exceed the minimum if new mattresses/furniture need to be replaced etc.
Our Night Watchman locks up at 11pm week nights and 12 midnight on weekends. Arrangements can be made through the front desk for late check-ins or guests that have late plans for the evening.
